Picking up my Lang and first cook

Congrats on that beautiful new cooker! If the firebox had a grate above the fire you might be able to use a pizza stone and you know it's plenty hot in the firebox.

Exactly what I was thinking.
Build a big fire and let it burn down to embers, heat up a pizza stone and BAM!! If there's not a grate in the box, it would be easy to add one.
