• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

ecb, i know its not that impressive but hey. i added the feet to the pan added some holes to the pan and i still need to add a piece of metal so i can adjust air flow but i took it for a test burn anyways.

after 30 or 40 minutes it was at 330 degrees and held there for about 2 hours and has dropped to 260 or so for the past hour or 2 on 1/2 a pan full of rancher.

i'm impressed, i was very not impressed when i looked at one in the store so i got an offset its great but i picked one thats to small to do chicken and turkey efficently unless they are in butterflied.

so now i can try out some beerbutt chicken and i have a jerky machine.

It's hard to go wrong for free. Congratulations on the addition to the family!

I got one for free a while back. Cleaned up like new. Used it at my first comp for finishing my pork. Worked great! Love it.

No shame in having an ecb.....they work great...congrats on the freebie:biggrin:

I just scored a STAINLESS ECB... I kind of miss my first one, actually I wore out 2 of them before I learned about the mods. they do have their place especially for a whole ham or a large prime rib

Congrats! I've got one in the shed waiting to get some mods-Let's go!
