The loin tasted very good!
It had a very nice smokey flavour cause of the hickory.

I just ate it for lunch with some salad...I chopped up the piece of porkbelly and mixed it with the salad.
There's also some cooked egg in there.

The loins were marinated in a mixture of:soy sauce,lemon juice,syrup,Worcestershire sauce,garlic,spring onion,salt/pepper

White sauce on the Phries is homemade garlic sauce and the sauce on the loin is the jalapeno sauce from a couple of weeks back.
