Paying the roofing bill

I had to have the house re-roofed.
Paid part of the bill at lunch today :lol:
Pulled pork sammies, ribs, my beans, cole slaw, and tater salad.
The currency of the South :grin:

Ribs not out of foil yet--they started with pork and finished with all the ribs. Nothing but bones left.

I do not think the sauce bottles ever were opened. Don't need it most of the time.

The bottles of BBQ sauce must be to hold the table cloth down. As for the beer, they are supposed to be working on re-roofing the house. You give them the beer as they come down the ladder.
