• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

BBQ and lite beer? Who ya kidding?
Reminds me of the folks who order a slice of cheese cake and a diet coke.
Grub looks good though!

Simple fatties: stuffed with cheddar cheese and pico de gallo. Fins family can't get enough of them.
Sorry Mr. bbqjoe from Wikipedia AZ. The CL was grabbed purely out convience and speed. This was a snack that had to be consumed and washed down before the masses arrived. Just so you know, it got the job done....

Everthing looks great. It seems like anymore when I fire up the smoker It's a moral inpairative [SP? mod] to cook two or three everytime.

nothing wrong with a light american beer on a long cook. Especially in the summer or on any warm day. I like to start with the imports and move on to light beers when I hit "bulletproof".

What did you put the 'Rooster' sauce on? The wings?

now that a spread of food way to go and wash it down any way you can

Mista Bigs, ordinarily I don't do sauce, but for some reason I love putting spots of Rooster sauce on the pulled pork sammies. Just for some kick.
Obviously I don't want to drown out the Mesquite flavor I worked so hard to infuse.

You like the Rooster sauce brother?

I keep a bottle of it in the fridge! Always handy whenever I do stir-frys or eggs or hell a bowl of rice.

Fried rice, pork and beans, sushi, burritos, chili, bbq sauce, beef jerky, bloody marys........the Rooster has more uses than can be counted.

Its like.....beer then rooster, beer then rooster, beer then rooster, beer then rooster.....its a sick cycle I know....
