I was lucky enough to win a backwoods party through a fund raiser abangs was having for under privilege children at christmas.i went to backwoods in shreveport to pick it up.chase was very helpful and informative.did my seasoning and first cook...ribs. This thing is amazing,went to 250 and just sat there.thank you very much andy and chase.
