CharredApron picked us up and went to Gruissan for a lunch at a Phish restaurant.
We had oysters.
In the background you see piles of salt...not sand.
APhter lunch we went for a little walk to see some Phlamingos.
Later on he dropped us off...that night Padawan and I had turkey for dinner.
For starter smoked Phrench sausage on garlic toast.
Made a mixture of butter,garlic,celleryleafs and storebought Phrench rub which was quite good.
Rubbed the mixture beneath the skin and on the outside the Phrench rub.
Ate it with a smoked veggie salad.
