Just want to thank everyone that helped me out on my first "large" cook on my LANG 36" Hybrid. Cooked 2 spatchcock chickens and 2 racks of baby backs. Cooked in the 275-300 range and everything worked great. My only complaint was the ribs were a little on the dry side, but that is my fault because I did not pull when done. Used Sucklebusters Clucker rub on chickens and Sucklebusters rib rub on the ribs. I also threw some beans in the warming box of the smoker which worked excellent. Again, thanks for the help from everyone in my earlier post.
