Thought I might come in out of the shadows and throw in a quick intro.

I love smoking and grilling and have discovered I have a heck of lot to learn. I really appreciate what you have taught me already!

I have a cheapo- GSM smoker and a Fiesta grill that no one seems to have heard of but is the best grills I have ever owned. Both gassers.

Outside of that, I work in higher education, love gardening, restoring houses, old Mopars and shooting sports. If any of y’all ever get around my part of the world, drop by for a chop and a brew!

I can make Cincy in about an hour and a half.

It's called the Million Man LAN. Last year there was somewhere between 1500 and 2000 ppl at the Kentucky fairgrounds convention center.
