Open stuffed burgers

We usually put the fillings in inside the burgers sealed up but did them open this time. Everyone picked their filling. All together there is diced Jalapeños (from the garden), swiss, blue cheese, cheddar, and sautéed onions, mushrooms, spinach. There's also red onions, spinach, romaine, tomatoes, and the cheeses to top them with.

Oh yeah, and a shot of me and the baby girl that calls me old man (yes that's a Cuban Cohiba hanging out of my mouth).

Yes, it was a good day. Good grilling, good drinks, good smoke, great company, and my Texans won to top it off. I should have gotten plated pictures, and prep pics for that matter.
