• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

"rumble, grumble, rumblle, rumble"
That is my stomach discussing that stuff with its-self. Dang that looks good. And I just ate grilled Kielsbasa and Mac and Cheese. Darn.

Man, that looks good. Cast iron cooking rocks for sure.

Lookin' good.... A lot of eggers cut the handles down to just a nub, but that's not that big of a deal on your oval. Have you noticed that cast cookware that Rumrunner has with the bobbed handles? It looks to be stock.

Oh my god Greendriver ... that looks good. What kind of steak did you use ... guessing flank?

Steve has been pretty inventive in his ceramic escapades for a good long while now. I have some new ones that comes without handles but has little cast iron detachable lifters instead but I don't see any use to break em in as long as these fajita pans are doing the trick.

It's flat iron steaks and Krogers has been carrying them for about 6 or 8 months now and they started out being 4.99 / lb and due to their popularity they are now 6.99 / lb, but I got these on sale for the 4.99 price. You gotta bout freeze the meat and slice it thin as possible and you'll definitely have some good and tender meat for sammies.

Food looks fantastic. My parents have a whole set of cast iron cookware they always kept in the oven to store. Guess I will have to pick them up next trip by the house. Maybe they will improve my cooking.

Crap! I didn't need to see that! Now I'll be extra hungry for the next hour until time for my snack.

Cooking with cast iron is indeed my second love. That food there is looking good enough to send me to the store instead of back to work. Thanks for posting, now I think I could eat lunch.
