• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Old time bbq sauce recipes.. I got em!!!!

Very nice. that is something worth collecting, it is an art long gone.
We have our parents and grandparent hand written recipes for things still around.

Thats a good idea, of checking the kitchen first for your collection.

Enjoy the searching and happy hunting. Post up some more pics of your finds.

One of them has a gallon of vinegar and a half pound of red pepper.:shock::shock:

Some of them sound pretty good. Thanks Paul.

awesome Paul, thanks for sharing! I have a handful of heritage cookbooks as well. They are hard to find but are a great reminder of how things do not really change that much. For the most part the country folk around here still eat the same foods prepared in the same ways as they did generations ago.

Kool find:thumb: I though you said it was an old cookbook, I have lady friends older than that:-P And when I use only salt on a pork butt it's viewed as mortal sin:tsk: us older folks must know a lil something.

This makes me feel like maybe we complicate things too much.
