• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Ok let's revisit this one.

Swamp and I were talkin' about makin' something along those lines when I first got the BBQ Bug...I've since realized that my BBQ toys are directly related to what I can easily tote to a competition in the back of my truck. Maybe I need a bigger truck! :-P

Norco. Are you thinking of building this?:-D

How is the Vertical you got from Big Mista friend doing?

Anyone ever use a mig on a drum?

I think we should have a contest. Who can make the craziest UDS on the least money....

Napalm? - Leaves to much of a crust and you can taste the lighter fluid in the meat

«You smell that? Do you smell that? Napalm, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that. I love the smell of napalm in the morning. You know, one time we had a hill bombed, for twelve hours. When it was all over I walked up. We didn’t find one of ‘em, not one stinkin’ dink body. The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill. Smelled like… victory. Someday this war’s gonna end…»

I love that idea but I think I know who's in the craziest lead.

So far I also have zero into my new project and all I need to do now is fab up the grate and a ash pan. The bar tap may cost me though.

With a mig and a plasma cutter you could whip one up in a couple of hours. With the right tools anything possible

Pat,

I was going to make a smart azz comment about the box fan being used as a Stoker, but I am about to recycle 3 old computers I have laying around, broken processors, etc.

Anyone think a CPU fan could be salvaged and used on one of these (not necessarily this monster) home built monsters for air flow inducer?

(I know, in thinking about how these UDS guys open one nipple and come back 7 hours later to the same temp might be a pointless question, but some of you guys are pretty ingenuitous when it comes to contraptions)
