Mr. Bo
is one Smokin' Farker
I guess it's my turn now so HOWDY to all!
This ole' boy was born in the Rio Grande Valley but ended up in southern Oklahoma. I've been smokin' meat for me and the family for about 30 years now and I've worn out 8 or 9 Brinkman Smoke n Grills.
Just bought a BBQ Grillworks vertical gasser last weekend and had to try out out yesterday. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but I did overcook the roast and the brisket just a bit.
here's a link to the pics.

I loaded her up with 2 chickens, a rump roast, a brisket, one side of pork ribs. Later on, we added some potatoes and onions with spices, wrapped in foil, some corn on the cob the same way, and then (thanks to this forum) a fatty. That was another first but GOOD EATIN'.
Not real sure but I might have just found my new home. :-D
