your all right. Got them done at 4.5 hours at 228-231 in the wsm. ALL PINK (6 cherry and 2 hickory) wrapped them and into the cooler.
used sauce then on the last half used none MUCH BETTER!
I learned i prefer the texas sugarless rubs to the part brown sugar ones.

And at sams 23 bucks for 2 racks and 28-30 bucks for 3 racks of b backs.
better deal. Me and my buddy were fell after 1 rack apiece.(got one left for tomorrow he he he)
