Sometimes the simple things are tastiest.
I roasted a chicken Monday night and last night and again tonight this was dinner...
Sliced Chicken breast, tomato, and bleu cheese on the press - with a side of tomato and bleu cheese

Having said that, I have a corned beef flat and point in soaking to hit the Traeger tomorrow.

Me too! Love the stinky cheeses - except for Limburger - haven't gotten up the nerve to try that yet - can't get it within 10 feet of my nose.
