• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Not a Klose, Spicewine, or Santa Maria, but...

That is really nice! I have been looking at the display model at Lowes, pretty neat grill! Also, that is a great side yard.

I almost pulled the trigger on one of those last summer, but opted for a Weber Kettle instead! Let us know how it holds up for you. Wood

Neil,

I have the version prior to that, without the split... But it's going to need to be replaced next year. I was thinking of one of those, as I really have liked the one I have. Let me know what you think of it... I was thinking of a Weber, but I like the fire control on the Brinkmann.

I almost bought one this summer but just don't need a grill that large right now.

I used it on Sunday to cook the 12 rib tip brisket section from the spares I cooked on Saturday. I was very impressed and pleased with the ease of temperature control. I put the fire on the left side with the fire rack at the lowest levl and a water pan on the right with the rib tips above the pan in rib racks.

Good looking rig, but I must plead ignorance .... what is it?

It's by Brinkman. It is a split grill with individual charcoal racks so you can adjust the height of the fire to the cooking surface. Remove the center divider for indirect smoking.

Very nice. Lots of capacity and with the adjustable fire grates and split design it gives you lots of options.

Very nice, Neil! I looked at one at our local Sam's. I like the split firebox and fire control. You have a very nice wife! :-D

Nice, Neil! I also saw it at Sam's and admire it every time I'm in to get contest meat. I may replace the gasser on the deck with one of these someday.

Great new hardware Neil!!

And everyone check out Brother Neil the picture posting machine:wink:

Very nice.

Are those your slippers by the door? You shouldn't be walking around bare footed.

Nice one, bro! And nice set-up in the yard, too.

You know, my father-in-law works for Brinkmann . . . I'm gonna have to see if I can get the hook-up on some hardware.
