• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

North Texas Brethren Get-Together

I will be cooking the Grapevine Elks on the 9th - if any of you meet up on the 9th drive about 5 miles away from halls and stop by the contest.
 
Can you give us some more info about that cook-off in Grapevine?

Looks like this the 9th is not a good day for the majority o folks, however is anybody interested in still having lunch at North Main that day? Arlin, you still gonna be in this weekend?

Yeah, brother. Plan to hit the road early Saturday morn for a day of shopping an' stuff wif mama. Lunch with whoever could show would be great!

Our camp out is canceled something about lake texoma getting 9 feet of water and our camping area is now under water.....go figure.
 
Any of y'all wanna meet at North Main for lunch (opens at 1100) then maybe run by the Grapevine Elks Contest?

I may stop by Friday since it's not far from the house.
 
Met Arlin and two lovely ladies at North Main BBQ for lunch. Had a real good lunch & a mighty fine visit that i wish could last longer but they all had some serious shopping plans (beer, cigars, books were three things mentioned).

Ya, i know, no pics didn't happen. Maybe Mr. MacRae could post some cell phone pics.

Arlin, good seeing ya again & meeting the ladies in your life. Sounds like they think yer a pretty good cook.
