At the end of 14 day Buckboard Bacon cure, 7 day Pastrami cure, Tri Tip seasoned ready to cook. Missing one thing, No charcoal! Went to Smart and Final, only small bags left. Went to Costco then Sams, no dice. Walmart only has cheap stuff left. Looks like Home Depot on way home from work. Never thought of it being considered seasonal to Q. Now I understand when I read of you guys having hundreds of pounds in your sheds.

Sam's Clubs around here keep charcoal on the floor year round

Smart & Final usually has the 40# bag of best of the west lump mesquite all year round. I just bought a bag a coupla weeks ago.
