• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Nice job, Brother Spice!

Unfortunately the information is incorrect. Team Q will be the cooking and presenting at the BBQ College. Spicewine Ironworks is supplying all the sauces and rubs.

BTW, Randy Hamm is part owner of Spicewine Ironworks. He is not part of Team Q.

$25 for a class with Jay?

I need a plane ticket...

Actually, for $25 you get Team Q. This should be fun!

Steve - Chicken
Fredbird - Ribs
Spice - Pork Butt
Baggs - Brisket

Plus, it's being held at the local Budweiser distributor. I'm thinking free beer!!!

Yeah, I was a little miffed. I talked to the organizer of the event last summer at a charity event. We discussed BBQ and cooking ribs in lenght.
As a matter of fact all of Team Q was there, so he knows who we are.

Jay told me he emphasized to the organizer that Spicewine Ironworks was going to supply it's products and some of the meat, but Team Q would be doing the cooking. So the oversight in the advertisement is irritating.

Okay vent over, I'm better now.
