Hello everyone. my name is James and I am new to this forum and just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I have been barbecuing on my Char-Broil Silver Smoker for about 2 years. I recently joined KCBS.us and I am entering my first competition, The Battle of the BBQ Brethren, here in NY in August. I hope to get some tips and make some friends on this site.
