Although I'm getting a little long in the tooth I have recently become crazy about smoking. After perusing several of the other forums and joining them I got the impression that this was the elite site for learning the art of smoking. I hope to learn alot and perhaps maybe even inject a little. Right now I have 2 elcheapo water smokers and a chargriller offset that I have made some serious mods to but my pride and joy is a uds that I recently finished. Look forward to exchanging ideas.
