Hey all, My name is David and I am new to this site. I am co owner of Pop N Sons BBQ in San Jose Ca. We are just starting out and are only Catering and Q'ing at events until we get the money to open our own place. We specialize in Ribs and Chicken and are always looking for better ways of doing things. We have our own Baked Bean recipe which is kick a$$ if I can say so. Our ribs are good, can be better. They are better however than any place in San Jose that I have tasted so far. But I will definatley learn from this site and hopefully you guys can help with pointers to make my que better.
