What's up everyone. Just got my very first smoker for Fathers day and ready to try my hand at it. I have absolutely no exp smoking. So I will probably be asking a lot of dumb questions. Did my first burn yesterday. Probably do another one tonight since after I've read, I should probably do it a little longer. First chance I get though, I'm smoking something. :-D

Thanks for all the hello's! Hope to get some good advice soon. Spent a little while browsing the site last night. I can already see I found the right place. I have the charbroil silver smoker....I think thats what its called anyway. Im sure you'll hear a lot from me here in a while.
