Hello,

Been viewing this forum for several weeks and decided to register. I usually browse the Smoke Ring and CBBQA sites. I am member of the CBBQA and a newly certified KCBS Judge. Only have judged 1 contest so far and had a great time. Looking to buy an offset in the near future. Been "grillling for years, but want to do some real Q'n. I like the Meadow Creek and Langs. Any other thoughts on these or others?
