• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Welcome to the Brethren! Well your pics looks like your an ole veteran. Keep on smoking and reading how the guys who have been doing it for years do it and you'll settle into the way you and your friends like good Q.

Thank you, those are my first two cooks on the new smoker. Been grilling for years on the King and Weber, so just getting used to temp management (it's coming :-)

Any idea how one rotates the photos so they show in the correct orientation?

Thanks

Thanks, I'll probably sign up for a Flickr account or something along those lines. I found the photo posting thread - very helpful :-)

Welcome from sunny Israel.
You've found a great forum to learn and improve your Q.
And the people here are friendly and kind.
Don't worry about temps, you'll find the way. Just read some posts here and ask any question you have.
As for the pics are those uploaded or linked?
If their uploaded I think you'll need to correct them in your computer then upload them again. If their linked to (like photobucket) you can fix them on the linked site.
Here is a photo guide for this forum:

It has been a great forum so far and wonderful welcome from everyone.

Welcome aboard, glad to have you as a fellow Brethren here.

I hope to see you in the Q-Talk forum soon. You'll find help on almost every topic from cooking your first Pork Butt to curing and smoking your own ham and bacon.

If you can't find the topic you need help with, or have questions about, just start a new thread in "Q-Talk". Nice cooks.
