• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

New Yoder Wichita

I would do like the wise Ben Lang instructs. First, spray your oil on it to season it. Get it hot and let the oil fry for about 45 minutes. Open the lid, take a hose and give it a rinse while giving yourself room to back away when the steam gets going. Don't soak it, just hit all the spots and let the steam do its thing. Once it's back to temp, you can get going with your cook.

I want one of those... I have been drooling over a Yoder for a while now. I doubt you will ever regret that investment!!!

Ron was able to deliver my smoker yesterday evening so I've got her on the sidewalk outside the back door for now. I'm having a new patio built hopefully this week if it stops raining. Anyway here's a picture in it's temporary location. Should I hose it out before I fire her up the first time, the grates were really dirty?
