• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I've got the prime rib and some wings in the barrel cooker cooking offset style.
I figured it would be easier than fireing up the 'dera. If all goes well, I'll be full as a tick by 9PM and asleep by 10:30......so Happy New Year to you all and talk to you in 2006.....

And you too Mr. Kick! Getting ready to jump in the shower and get ready for guests before going back out to tend fire. I'm chambering a round if the guests are't gone by 2 AM

Made a batch of chili to take to work tonite. Hope y'all have a safe & Happy New Year!

Happy New Year Mr. Kick. I can see that your stomach will have a great New Years Eve.

Same to you Mr. Kick. It is raining here, but so what since I am at work would not be cooking any way.

Very good use of a half of potato Mr Kick. You got it goin on there. Looks real good.

Ive got 2 beers (cheapies - Beast Light) just coming to a boil righty now. There's about about 2 tblsp of Old Bay blended in. Oh yes, some shrimpies are about to be steamed in just a few minutes. We have some good beer laid in, some snaps in the steamer as well, and steamed shrimp for our last meal of 2005.

Now if I can just get mama in the mood for midnight...

Happy New Years to all my Brothers in Smoke. May 2006 bring you joy and happiness... and good Q & beer!!

Shrimp on the menu here as well.

Bro Kick, that beef is lookin' good!!! Happy New Year Bro!!

Happy New Year to all. And wishing all the best for the following year.

We had Chinese for dinner tonight, it's something of a tradition with my wifes family. Right after I finished I got called in to work so I'm sitting here waiting on my first sugical case for the night.

Hope all is well with everyone this New Years Eve.

I made a pot of chili too! Goes with the rain we're having.

Happy New Year to all my Brothers in Smoke.

We got back into town this after noon after a week of riding in south Florida in time for me to fire up the smoker and do a small turkey breast for dinner tonight--the first home cooked meal since last Sunday.
Hope 2006 is great for everyone

Last night it was coconut shrimp, hot wings, and deer salami. Tomorrow it will be brisket, turkey, picnic, ribs, and a couple of fatties. Happy New Year and Go IRISH!
