Bought a Char-griller duo w/side firebox yesterday. Got a butt going on it right now. Think I'm gonna like it-good porch grill with smoking capability and a gasser side for general cooking on weeknights. The temp seems pretty easy to control on the side box smoker-put about half a chimney of charcoal and a couple small sticks of hickory wood in it and it's been holding steady for a few hours.

I love mine, I don't have the firebox, but I still love the way it grills. Gas or charcoal, either way it is great.

I really like mine. I've been using it less recently since I got the performer, but they are both good at what they were designed for.
