Wife got me this beautiful slicing knife, and a companion boning knife is in the mail to me as I type this. :clap2::clap2:

It is a good feeling to retire the less expensive knives to the RV and have nicer ones at home.

Just in time for a New Year BBQ. Just need to figure out what to grill/ smoke.

Nice toy! I have the same knife and grab it 90% of the time. It has a nice feel, but requires some effort to keep a good edge.
