New Toy: Char-Broil Big Easy Smoker, Roaster & Grill

Yesterday I came home to a large box on my doorstep.

The nice folks at Char-Broil sent me their new
Big Easy Smoker, Roaster & Grill to try.

It's built on the success of their Big Easy Oil-Less Turkey Fryer, and it
looks pretty interesting.

I think I'll load it up with some chicken this weekend and post a
review.
