• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

and have only been smoking about four months. Started out on another forum but seem too clicky, so thought I would give you guys a try. I have Successful smokes include ribs, brisket and pork butts. I have problems with drying out turkeys, but not problems with chicken smokes. Own a Brinkmann Vertical Smok-n-Pit King Smoker 3 level Charcoal Smoker with mods.( burn wood in it) and a Cookin' Cajun one level water smoker.

I'm from Mobile, Alabama and have been to most parts of this country and overseas, US Army Veteran. Looking forward to reading your success stories and tips as to improve my abillity to please the wife and family with great food.

Thanks again for the opportunity to read what would have taken years to find out before the internet.

Respectfully,
