Hey you sick twisted freaks, I am new to the Brethren...This site looks great all of you seem to be on top of your game and very helpful!!!! I live in Rockwall Texas and have been Que'n For about ten years, but have been around it for a long time, my Dad owned two BBQ Joints when I was a kid. I cook with an upright smoker built by southern style cookers....Greatest tool I have ever had..When I learn how I shall post a pic of her. Anyway cant wait to share my tips and learn all of yours...............Bevo
