I competed this past weekend in Madeira Beach under the team name R.C. Bucks Grillin Team. I was instantly hooked. I am a plant manager at a bottling facility in clearwater, Fl. called Sauceology Group. We are a small family owned business. Been in the food industry for about 10 years. Cooking has always been a passion of mine. We do a lot of smoked sauces and salsa here. So we had to get a big smoker. I am currently running a Backwoods professional.
