• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I just got my wife to give me the go ahead to get a new smoker. Looks like there will probably be a new SPICEWINE owner on the block.

So I have a question with all of you that have SW smokers is there any customizing that I need to have done to it when I order it. And the big question is What color should I get?

As long as it's not crimson and blue, it should even work in March.

What size are you looking at?

Add tie-down points up high on all four corners so you can transport. Makes life simple.

I am looking at getting a medium looks like the most bang for the buck since a large is a lot bigger than I would need. Definitely going to get an additional rack.

Spicewine

Your gonna like your spicewine lord knows I do, fire control on adjusting the inlet damper and exhaust damper to get the temps. right it'll take you a few cooks but once you dial it in, get ready for a long cook, also look into getting a burn basket, that will increase your burn time greatly and keep the inlet damper out of the wind....

All Brethren get an extra cooking rack FREE. Please let Terri know that you are a Brethren when you order.
