New Smoker score ala Ebay

Just snagged a Great Smoky Mountain, propane smoker from ebay. Brand new "wide body" version. I've been using their regular model for several years and have had really great success with it even though it's not a real "wood burner. Mainly wanted another one to keep up at the lake. Probably keep the new one at home and take my old one up there. 87 bucks plus 7 bucks handling but I gotta go pick it up (2 1/2 hr round trip.) I'm a happy camper!

I've got the 3605 GOSM and it was my "springboard" into Q'n. A lot of people at work have them also so every Monday we would all shoot the breeze about what we cooked over the weekend. They are all fairweather smokers.

I have the stainless steel insulated wide body. Works great for chicken. I put out some good brisket and ribs too.
