New smoker going online this week

It has been a while since I have posted on here. We have been busy getting our business off the ground. We have operated out of a trailer since February and added a second pit in that time. This week we will start using this 900 gallon reverse flow that I built. We hope to be in a building late winter/early spring, this unit will have a twin and possibly one other unit in the pit room to satisfy demand.
