• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Picked up one of these today at the scratch and dent sale at our local restaurant supply. Someone else on the board purchesed one of these a few months back, and after trying to cram the large foil pans into my cooler last week I decided it was time to invest in something better. The one I bought had a scratch in the side, and I got it for $170, which seems to be a pretty good price. They have a less expensive model, but it does not have the removable plastic tray. It also is a lot sturdier than the coolers I've been using.

Cool! Good deal, Noah. I've been looking at those for a while. They work great. I'm sure you're going to enjoy it.

I have these and they work great. After using it you will probable start looking for another so you can have one hot and one cold.

Matt, you can find these at Rest. Depot.

Yeah, I probably should have looked on E Bay, but there is nothing like instant gratification, and no shipping costs! They do have used ones in stock for about that price, but they are pretty well used. However, the nice thing about these boxes is that all the parts are designed to be replaced. Also, I just found out that the shelf is a thermo-barrier, which allows you to have hot stuff up top, and cool stuff down low.

Reminds me of the ill fated McDLT. "The hot stays hot and the cool stays cool."

That was just wrong, on so many levels. Didn't they then try a wrap of some sort using the same principle?

That has to be a trivial pursuit question. Oh, the power of advertising when we can all associate with a catch phrase 20+ years later.
