Here my new Baby right after I put it together! I have some bacon smoking in it right now. I get a picture or two when I get it off.

Nice I want one. But I always want one of everything. Guess I need to be rich. Then I could just cook on each one and throw away when they get dirty.

I've looked at ProQ and think they are very good.

i have a hard time with my PROQ not really holding the heat. Any recommendations?

Don't use water in the water pan. It eats up a lot of thermal energy. If you us e it then boil or heat up the water first. I prefer to use sand or lava rocks.

I chose to go with lava rock. My thought was that it could store some heat and then it has lots of surface area to radiate heat to help the temp recover after lifting the lid.
