Just joined. I don't do a lot of BBQ, but what I do is generally on an old Brinkman electric water smoker/bullet which has served me well. Babyback ribs are the family favorite; I've got a pork shoulder on right now, and also do an occasional brisket or chicken. I joined to get some tips on refurbishing a pellet smoker I got for free, so I'll be posting on that elsewhere.
