Saw the article in Newsdays part 2 on Long Island of a fellow barbequeman, thought I'd drop by and join for some good recipes for grilling AND barbequeing.
...and I thought my older brother was nuts when we lived at home as teenagers and STILL grilled steaks and burgers in February! Now I'm doing the same outside my own house!
Is Barbequeing and grilling thee best tasting food....absolutely!
I am a squire in a way still always learning new methods and idea's from the fellow masters..lol.
