New Lonestargrillz IVS

Another vote for a kamado. I got my LSG 20x36 a couple of months ago. I told my wife I would get rid of my Kamado Joe but then did a switch-a-roo on her and told her I was going to keep it. Ha! I'm enjoying the hell out of my LSG (and I'm sure you will too) but for smaller/shorter cooks, I can see me still using the kamado. Congrats on the new toy!

So I have an IVS, Kamado Joe, and just this week bought a webber. The IVS is great but mainlyused for larger cooks. The Kamado is good for smaller smokes and rotisserie style cooks. One other thing is it requires lump charcoal. The webber as I learn more on cooking/smoking is fun, cheap, easy to transport. Don't regret getting it for a second. Also just ordered the grill grates for the webber for that awesome sear marks. You can get the low and slow for it or just put your coals on one side for smoking. My vote is for the webber because of all of these reasons.
