Placed order for Lang 60 three weeks drove 3.5he's today bring it home.season this afternoon.when first saw it looked small compared pictures on their website.

I think you've got it. I leave the pinwheels wide open. I just usually close the door to keep the wind out. I like to start the fire up near the FB door and work it towards the back over the cook time. The Lang is a joy to use.

Congrats on the new Lang! I have a question. What does the added daisy wheel on the fire box door do?

it allows cool air over top fire to push heat into the chamber, Im surround by fences and big oaks all side property so dont get good air flow so an idea see if it would keep air moving into the chamber.
