Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Eric Burkhart will go by Bubba on here. Spicewine let me know about this place last week in Warsaw. I have 2 Char-Grillers that i smoke on and after last week after burning OVER 100lbs of charcoal looking to buy something different to smoke on.Spicewine makes a good looking rig maybe santa will bring it to me. I will put it on the list LOL. Good talking to you guys

Welcome... I cook on a CG, too, though we're building a smoker as I sit in my office typing... Hoping it's ready in a week to give us a shot at cooking before our first comp this year. I don't seem to go through that much charcoal, though it does take tending every hour or so.
