I finally stumbled across the forum. I pretty much hang at some sites dedicated to cookers I use (Stumps, Gator Pit, BGE). I really like this site. The people seem to be serious, yet not over doing it.
I live in Lincoln, Nebraska (as far away from everywhere as you can get - and on the way to everywhere). Hard working public servant during the day, Q'er by nite and on weekends. I've been cooking Q for about 20 years on about anything and everything you can imagine. Currently I have a trailer mounted Gator Pit stick burner, a Stumps GF223, an Egg, an Okie Joe, and a WSM. I like 'em all. Gonna order an Elite 6 from Stump, and sell the GF. Don't need 2 of 'em.
I'm a KCBS CBJ and judge about 6 contests a year. I cook in 1 or 2 a year (gettin' to old to compete / party too hard to often).
