Hi all, I'm new to smoking and just joined the Brotherhood.
I live in Venice FL (just south of Sarasota, FL) and just put together a Smokey Joe Mod (14 inch). Tested it twice and today I'm loading it up and attempting my first smoke with a 7.4 lb Boston Butt. Wish me luck.
