New to this forum but I belong to quite a few. Every time I buy a new "toy" (my wife's word, not mine) I join the most appropriate forum.

I just used my WSM for the first time yesterday after watching dozens of YouTube videos and reading as much as I could on this forum.

I smoked a 5lb pork loin and it came out AMAZING! I have to give credit to all the tips I received.

Next up is some salmon steaks........yummmmm
