Just a quick hello from Nebraska. Planing on being a lurker here looking for some good tips and trick doing some bbq, smoking , and grilling.
We have been known to make people really hunger camping by using the brinkmen smoker in the camp site . Have decided to step up to something bigger. Like the looks of the UDS's that might have to wait wife says we have nowhere to store it. I'll keep talking about it .

Welcome fellow Husker, go for the UDS they work great and best of all you can keep it so simple that your wife would never guess what it is unless she catches you using it. Just tell her it is a burn barrel and she will never know.

I think the biggest issue is that I'm changing jobs and will have to quit my part time jobs. She doesn't she it as a cheap replacement for the burned out gas grill. Might just have to make it for my son. Hmmmm.
