hello all, new guy checking in. I've been reading the threads for the past couple of weeks. And i have gotten some very good idea from some of the posting. I built a UDS last week and had my first cook on it over the weekend, pictures and text will be posted on the UDS thread. Also I can feel the farkin love on this forum the members have for each other. Thanks for all the ideas.
