• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Hi all,

I am looking for your creative ideas on how I can make use of a new piece of equipment I have acquired. A few weeks ago, I found a 66" Wolf commercial double oven with 33x23 flat top and 6 burners on Ebay, which I purchased for $76. There's no way this monster is going in my kitchen, so I have converted it to propane, and it is fully operational now.

While it is great to have all of this extra firepower available, like during Thanksgiving, or for blackening, I think there is a lot of unexplored potential here. I'd like to hear your ideas about how I can best use this beast. Bear in mind the following:

1. It weighs 1100 pounds

2. It has two very well insulated ovens

3. I'm using it outdoors

I'm looking forward to your ideas!

Nothing like diner al fresco! If the weather is nice, I'd cook everything outside.

Post a pic!
